United StatesI live in Florida, USA. The shipping was fantastic, as it only took about 3-4 days. (note: 10mm hex key needed for assembly, along with an adjustable wrench). I was recommended these by someone in an online bodyweight training group I follow. I could tell from various videos of those in the body weight group I'm in, that the items Gravity Fitness produces are of high quality, which Is why I was willing to spend the extra money it cost to purchase the foreign transaction and pay the exchange rate. (note: If you live in USA, you may want to avoid the use of PayPal as a payment method as they may charge an inaccurate foreign exchange rate and it will cost your more money than it should.) Despite various searches online, I was not able to find similar items for sale in USA, with the high quality equipment that Gravity Fitness has managed to produce. Which is why I was surprised by the unfortunate and frustrating issues that came from this transaction (Note: If you have tried every possible way to get the base on and the holes do not line up perfectly, then disregard the rubber feet facing down and flip the base upside down and try again.) However, based on feed back I provided, within less than 24 hours the managing director responded. They went above and beyond any responds I have ever experienced with any company in my life. I appreciate it. The customer service in regards to this is very impressive and unlike any other. I actually feel like a valued customer. That is not common from most businesses anymore. I look forward to doing business with Gravity Fitness in the future. Thank you for the extremely generous and over the top response.
