There are a huge amount of different exercises that can be done using kettlebells, including swings, presses and weighted squat and leg movements. Kettlebells are one of the most versatile pieces of training equipment that can be used anywhere.
How to use kettlebells for arms
You can use kettlebells in a similar way to Dumbbells to do basic curl movements. Kettlebells can also be used to perform close grip push movements targeting the triceps. The off balance nature of kettlebells mean you have to recruit many stabiliser muscles not used in conventional dumbbell and barbell training.
Are kettlebells good for weight loss
Kettlebells can be used for full body workouts. Including push, pull movements and weighted squat and leg movements.
